I had joined this gym due to my friends recommendations. They have a really helpful, informative and supportive team Specially Brodi. He helped me sign up and explained everything i needed to know about fitness cartel and the membership options.
From the moment I walked into Fitness Cartel, I was feeling really nervous about joining a gym again. Jacob took the time to show me around properly and explain everything, and he honestly made such a difference to my experience. He was so friendly, patient, and welcoming, which immediately helped put me at ease.
He didn’t rush me, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable in the space. The facilities are absolutely amazing, everything is modern, clean, and really well maintained. You can tell a lot of care goes into the gym and the people who work there.
I also really love the separated areas within the gym. They made me feel more calm and comfortable, and really helped reduce any nerves I had while working out. It’s such a thoughtful setup and makes the gym feel more inclusive and supportive.
Because of Jacob, what could have been an intimidating experience turned into a really positive one. I walked out feeling excited and confident about joining instead of anxious. I’m so glad I chose Fitness Cartel and I would highly recommend it to anyone who’s been feeling nervous about taking that first step.
