Initially, I had a negative experience with this gym. However, the gym has since undergone a change in management, and the new manager, Courtney, has done an outstanding job in resolving the situation.
She took the time to understand my concerns, ensured that my cancellation was processed correctly on all accounts, and maintained clear and consistent communication throughout. Her professionalism, empathy, and follow-through were exceptional.

Her extensive knowledge, care, and dedication have made a huge difference—I’ve seen incredible progress thanks to her personalized approach. She’s not just a trainer, but a mentor who cares about her clients’ wellbeing.
Neta helped me regain my confidence to train independently. After being out of a gym environment for a while, her support and encouragement gave me the confidence I needed to get back to working out on my own.
