Do I need a Fitness Cartel membership to join the challenge?
No, you don’t need to be a member to participate. You can purchase a Transform8 bundle that includes a temporary membership for the duration of the challenge.
Will the meal plan cater to my dietary requirements?
Yes! The My Body Science meal plans are personalised to accommodate various dietary needs.
How do I access my training and meal plans?
One week before the challenge begins, you’ll receive online access to all training programs and meal plans via our challenge portal.
What discounts do I get if I sign up?
As a participant, you’ll receive discounts on Fitness Cartel Apparel, Nutrition Cartel products, Merse Wellness Spa, and Protein Shakes throughout the challenge.
How do I receive my $50 voucher or Ultimate Supplements Bundle?
For Transform8 Bundles: You’ll receive your $50 voucher via SMS, which can be redeemed online only. Min spend of $100 applies.
For Ultimate Bundles: Visit the reception at the club where you registered, and they’ll provide you with your Ultimate Supps Bundle.
When will the group training timetables be released?
Group training class times will be announced closer to the challenge start date.
What is the judging criteria?
Judging will be based on:
- Body scan data collected before and after the 8-week challenge
- Before and After Photos
- Fat loss, muscle gain, and body weight changes
- Hydration levels (tracked via scans)
- Consistency of progress throughout the challenge
A panel of at least 10 judges will review all results and vote on the top 3 participants based on a points-based system.
Can I complete the challenge if I have an injury?
Yes, but we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before starting. You can also modify workouts as needed to accommodate your condition.
Will there be an awards ceremony?
Yes! Winners will be announced at a Group Training Session & Breakfast, held one week after the challenge ends on Saturday, May 17th. Each club will provide details about their specific event closer to the date.
What if I can't make my scheduled check-in scan?
Once weigh-ins are available for booking, you’ll be able to choose a time that suits you. If you’re unable to attend any of the scheduled times for your club, simply speak with reception to arrange an alternative.
Do I have to attend the group training sessions?
No, attendance is optional. However, these sessions are a great way to stay motivated, stay accountable, and train alongside others on the same journey.
