We hope you enjoy your new Fitness Cartel Apparel. However we do have a returns policy in place if you do wish to return your purchase.

Once you have returned your item you will be issued with a store credit to spend how you wish.  Credits do not including shipping fee. The customer must pay this for separately. Credits are valid for 6 months.

Please note we do not offer refunds on products unless they are deemed faulty on inspection by our customer service team once returned. We also do not offer returns if you have ordered the wrong size or colour. We also do not offer returns for change of mind purchases.

Our returns policy is only valid for 7 days once your order has been received. If you leave it longer than this time frame then unfortunately we will not  be able to assist you in your return.

Once we have received your return please allow up to 7 days to be contacted by us with your credit voucher.

When returning an item we do suggest using a trackable service to return your package because in the unfortunate event that something happens to your package and we do not receive it, Fitness Cartel will not be at fault.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in original condition
• All tags must still be attached
• Items must be unwashed
• Garments with any sign of wear, marks, make up , fake tan, odor will not be accepted
• Items must be returned within 7 days

All items returned will be thoroughly inspected by our customer service team once received.

Please note that it is the customers responsibility to cover return costs except in the event that the customer has contacted our customer service team and the product has been deemed faulty. In this case Fitness Cartel will cover the costs for the return.

Gift cards are not eligible for refunds/returns
