Health and Fitness has been a huge part of my life since I was young and it is something I have always been very passionate about. From competing in little athletics at a national level, to playing Oz Tag, netball and other sports. My main focus now is weight lifting and body recomposition for WBFF bodybuilding competitions.
As a PT, my ultimate goal is to help people achieve their fitness goals and become the very best version of themselves. Having the chance to make positive changes in people’s lives is very rewarding and it's not just about changing appearances but outlooks on living a healthy lifestyle — working from the inside outwards.
