I take an open minded and flexible approach to food and exercise. I believe that over restriction when it comes to food it is not a sustainable approach. I teach all my clients how to lose weight and build muscle while enjoying the food they love. My specific background is in building muscle density with a functional approach. I have trained in various martial arts but my main focus has been Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for the last 5 years and currently hold my blue belt under Scott McVeigh from Connection BJJ. My goal in the fitness industry is to teach busy men and women how to achieve their goals for better body confidence and mind set while still enjoying their social lives.
