My passion for health and fitness is what drives me to reach my personal goals as well as continually improving my lifestyle habits. I am also driven to show others how they can achieve their goals through practicing good health and fitness. To pass along I have been involved in sports my entire life, which is what influenced me to study sport and exercise science.
I practiced Tae kwon do, reaching black belt level I by age 10, and competitively raced BMX up until I was 11. As a teenager/young adult I was dedicated to racing motocross on a national level as well as coaching up and coming racers both on and off the bike. Upon retiring from motocross racing, I changed direction and I am now focused on being a triathlete.
